I founded ClearSource Marketing Solutions in 2006 with the objective of leveraging my marketing and operational experience to help business leaders develop and grow new business.

My experience started with a Bachelors Degree in psychology and
sociology and was bolstered with a Masters Degree in Organizational
Management. Life experience has included marketing and operations
within large corporate settings
and small service delivery and non-profit businesses.
I have spent 18 years in marketing and operational leadership roles that
has been focused within the healthcare industry. I have direct
experience marketing rural
hospitals, free standing cancer care and long term care facilities including skilled nursing, assisted
living and retirement living. I also have clients

My desire is to become a member of my client's teams as both a strategic resource and someone who "gets things done!" With this kind of interface I am able to keep clients moving on a path of growth. I approach every client in a manner that builds long term relationships.
It's about Results
In the end my objective is to help my clients increase their market share and profitability, period. I measure my success by the success achieved by my clients. (Yes this does mean we measure it.) Our partnership must always be a "win win" or it's not worth doing!,
