I put over fourteen years of marketing and sales experience to work for my clients every day!  However, my resume doesn't just include marketing.  I have spent many years in roles focused on business operations, strategic planning, improving customer service, and event coordination.

Education

I have a B.S. in General Studies; Psychology & Sociology and an M.A. in Organizational Management.  I have attended numerous educational trainings in customer service excellence including participation in the Disney Institute’s Quality Customer Service for Healthcare program

A Special Focus on Healthcare

I have spent the last sixteen years working in the healthcare focused on excellence in patient and customer service.  I understand the difficulties experienced today by both patients and healthcare workers in today's difficult regulatory medical climate.
