When Greg Vierra, Gary Earp, Kevin O'Rorke, Dave Retter, Jeff Thompson
and Lance Bacon decided to change their commercial real estate
management affiliation they came to me to help them transition their
brand. Formerly known as Windermere Commercial the group realigned
with NAI Global, the only globally managed network in the world.
While this worldwide affiliation afforded them great marketing resources
it was important to develop a focused plan to roll out their new name
and image in the local community, reassuring the community that the team
remained committed to using their global resources for the good of
clients in southeastern, Washington.
We worked as a team as well as with their their national organization to
establish a customized look for their local brand. This is
evidenced in their visual materials, advertising and website.
I continue working with the team on their ongoing marketing efforts,
developing new objectives and marketing programming to grow business.
